Access violation at address 0000000006379DE2 and then TOAD shuts down

I just installed Toad for Oracle 2026 R1 (64-bit). I get the below error message when I try to open TOAD. After clicking OK, the applications closes:

Access violation at address 0000000006379DE2 in module 'Toad.exe' (offset 2789DE2). Read of address 0000000000000000.

I could not attached or paste the entire call stack.
