Add hotkeys for working with bookmarks

Add hotkeys:

  • add bookmark
  • delete bookmark
  • navigate between bookmarks

Add Bookmark: CTRL+Shift+Bookmark# (0-9)
Navigate: CTRL+Bookmark# (0-9)
Delete: Navigate to bookmark, then CTRL+Shift+Bookmark#

if you want to move a bookmark, just go to the new place where you want it and then do keystroke for Add (no need to delete the old first)
