When looking at the Column tab for a View and clicking on a Description, the Edit Description option appears in the header or right clicking on the Description allows for selecting MS_Description from the dropdown as seen below:
However for a table none of this is avail and you have to click Alter Columns which really opens the Alter Table GUI:
It would be really nice if simply double clicking the description cell would pop up the MS_Description editor.
