Alter table on Toad for sql Server 6.5 fails

When we try to alter a table with a varchar field toad shows this error:

Sql Server Database Error. Cannot resolve the collation conflict between “SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS” in the is operation

i think it’s a bug cause in the older toad it works OK.
