Open/Save Dialogs:
A third option has been added to the “Online” page to disable access to the Repository. If that option is selected, Toad will use the previous Windows XP style open and save dialogs. If either the ToadWorld or Private options are selected, Toad will continue to use the new open and save dialogs.
