What bugs are fixed in this release? Just saying “Bug Fixes” means nothing to end users.

In many, many cases we are fixing internally found bugs - not user submitted bugs. This is why we use the generic “bug fixes” instead of specifying any specific
user case. When a user submitted bug is fixed and released in the beta, we normally reference it - at least by description if not by number. Also, when we do a GA release, the release notes contain any user submitted bugs that have been fixed for the release.
