BUG: Block copy-paste "No mapping for the Unicode character exists in the target multi-byte code page."

  1. type this text to Editor Tab1:

    ,guarantee_num --№ гарантии Банка-Гаранта
    ,status --Статус БГ
    ,guarantee_num_aviso --№ гарантии авизующего банка

  2. copy comments from p.1 as block

  3. paste text into Tab2.

  4. get error: "No mapping for the Unicode character exists in the target multi-byte code page."

This error message will appear for EVERY character in pasting text, sequentially.
You have to press OK button about 20-40 times, very annoying bug.
