BUG: Extended properties a.k.a. MS_Description generated twice

I’ve added description to some of my fields and then exported the SQL script, but then realized the “MS_Description” was duplicated.

Exported the DDL script with SSMS and everything was fine. I’ve attached the sample DDL script.

I’m using Toad for SQL Server 6.5 and SQL Server 2008R2
