Works in sqlplus but not in toad, neither with F5 nor with F9
It is not a documented table, so it does not have to work…
well, they don’t show up in the data dictionary (DBA_TABLES, DBA_OBJECTS, etc), so we really can’t tell you much/anything about them.
If you are logged in as SYS, you can do a CTRL+F9 on “select * from X$KSPSPFILE” to get column datatypes, but that’s all we can offer.
