Hello all,
I am getting “Can’t initialize OCI. Error -1” error when trying to connect in TOAD. I have TOAD 9.0.1.8, Oracle 10G R2 (32bit) and Windows 7 64 bit.
I have installed TOAD 10.6 and with the same result.
When i click on the error I get an “Access Violation at 008D3DFF in module TOAD.exe. Read of address 000000BC”. Below are the details from this error:
