Can't Install TDM (toaddatamodeler_6.3.2.22_x64_en.msi) on Windows Server 2016 64-bit

Hi,

Please help me out the installation issue.

My server is Windows Server 2016 64-bit with .Net Framework 3.5 installed.

However I cannot install TDM.

If I double click in the MSI file for installing, it’s silent without any messages.

If I run MSI file on cmd with Administrator, it says “Access is denied”.

How can I process this issue?

I want to try before bying TDM.

Hello,

I’m able to install TDM on Windows Sever 2016 without any problem. We try it as Administrator or as standard user.

You can try log parameter for MSI to view detail of your problem.

msiexec /i “C:\MyPackage\Example.msi” /L*V “C:\log\example.log”
