CTRL+ "." Code completion list is not working for packages for me in this version. If I partially type one of the packages in my current schema and CTRL+ ".", I see nothing.

Is the popup showing and empty or not showing at all?
Empty for me. Even if refreshed.
Next time you see this try to capture the scenario and share it or see if you can find a reproducible case. Something about the text at that time may be causing Code Insight to lose its way and it doesn't know what to suggest at the caret position or perhaps the results are available, but empty due to bad filtering.
