Connection window - switching between tabbed views and grid loses the "Alias" column

Hi,

I use the alias column to group my connections, when in the grid view:

However, when I switch to any of the tabbed views, and then switch back to the grid view, the alias column disappears - it's no longer grouping by the alias column, nor is the alias column present in the list of columns displayed in the grid. You have to reset the columns to get the alias column to show up again (thankfully the information in that column is not lost!).

This happens in 12.6 as well, but I think it's a bug; either the Grid view should remember your previous settings, or it should automatically include the alias column so you can quickly move it back into the grouping section.

It looks like whichever column you were grouping by when the grid was changed to the tab view loses its visibility.

I’ll log this.

Thanks
