What has happened to most of the fields on the New Connection Window? It is now missing the columns: Color, Home, Mode, Auto Connect, Read Only. I did not but install the new Beta and I have done many times over the last several months.
versus the previous (for years)
I depend on the Color for grouping/ordering the Connections.
Please advise.
I did find out how to put them back by Right Clicking and selecting Show/Hide Columns. Whew.... So I guess I am good now, but curious as to why this "setting/configuation" was modified on this Beta installation?

Our intent was to simply the login window by making some of the columns in the grid not visible by default. Since the grid saves its settings, it wasn't supposed to change anything on existing installs, just for new users (or when settings are reset)
As you found though, it's easy to right-click (or click the little button in the top-left corner of the grid) to make the columns visible again
Thanks JohnDorlon. That makes sense except I was not a new user and I did not reset the settings. I will let you know the when I install the next beta if the same thing occurs again with the Connection window. I hope this time it was just some anamoly. I install just about every beta.
I expect that your settings will stick now and the problem will not return
