Convert OST to PST

Can somebody tell me how to convert OST file to PST, useraccount is no longer in Exchange but exist in AD.

Any suggestion.

I suggest using your favorite search engine and search for a term such as ‘OST to PST’. I cannot recommend one over another.

If your OST file is inaccessible and you are trying to convert OST to PST format, then you should choose one of the following methods.

(First Method)

  1. Open MS Outlook

  2. Go through File Menu >“Import and Export” wizard > click the “Export to a file” option

  3. Hit the Next button

  4. Select PST file format, then Next

  5. Select the items to be exported

  6. Select the folder for saving email items

  7. Hit the Finish button

If you are facing any trouble while using above procedure or you have not Exchange Server connectivity.

If you failed to manually convert OST file to PST format then you can try OST to PST wizard to convert OST emails to PST format as PuranK suggested.

You can try manual solutions, but implement it carefully to avoid loss of emails after conversion. If you are not confident with manual solutions, then try alternative solution “Stellar Converter for OST”. Through this you can easily convert OST to PST file hassle free.
