Could not able to locate oci.dll file in toad.

I’m not able to connect with oracle server from Toad the oracle client software in windows xp 32 bit os.

Error is : Could not able to locate oci.dll file .

I’m using Oracle client 11.2,Oracle Server 11g.

Mentioned the Environmental variables and Path in My Computer / Properties Correctly.
