Crash on start up

Hello,

I am running the Beta version and I am currently getting this error and then it closes the program/ Does anyone know what I can do to fix this?

Let’s try two things here:

  1. Go to your app data directory and rename it.
  2. Then add to your shortcut this command line arg ’ /log=all’
  3. Restart the app and if it occurs please send me the toad.log and exceptiontrace.log files.

The app data directory is this path below with your profile name.

C:\Documents and Settings%yourprofilename%\Application Data\Quest Software\Toad for Data Analysts Beta 3.1

Renaming the folder worked! However, I need to set up my connections again…but thats not a big deal…

Just go to the renamed directory and copy over the connections.xml or you can import them from the connection manager toolbar.
