Create a toolbar of common formatting functions for data displayed in pivot grids. The current process to do something as simple as changing 1234 to 1,234 requires 7 clicks. The idea is to reduce the clicks to be more simple, click the target field, go to toolbar and click a common format (number with commas, currency with no decimal places, currency with two decimal places, percentage, buttons to increase/decrease decimal places).
