Does Freeware version come with version control support?

I have installed the latest version of CollabNet Subversion Command-Line Client, but I don’t get Version Control toolbar or menu.

Just realized that you have freeware =)
and the answer is NO, there is no Version Control support in Freeware edition of Toad.
