Does Toad support adaptive screen reader software now?

I found an answer in the Knowledge Base that Toad does not support screen reader software (https://support.quest.com/toad-for-oracle/kb/50732), but the last update to that article was in 2009. Is this still the case, that Toad will not work with JAWS or other screen reader software?

Unfortunately, yes, that’s still the case. Some parts of Toad are compatible with screen readers but our toolbars are not.
