Drag-and-drop into Project Manager does not work anymore

All,

I’m in 12.9.0.19.

To add files to a folder in the project manager view, I usually drag and drop, but this seems not to work anymore.

I can still right-click on the folder to select Add or Refresh folder links.

Addendum: I just discoverd Toad will not let me drag-and-drop files from windows browser into the Toad edit window. Dragging from the project manager still works ok, though. So I restarted Toad and all drag-and-drop functionality now works ok again.
