Drag&Drop into Editor sometimes breaks

This has only happened a few times within the last years, so it has no priority for me.

I cannot reproduce this, but after some time I have not been able to drop files into an active editor (forbidden mouse icon). Opening a new Editor window or restarting Windows Explorer did not solve the problem, I had to restart TOAD.

Good Afternoon Peter,

 I'm using TOAD 13.1.0.64.  Drag a file to the editor window works fine.  However, if I press <Shift><F2> and toggle to output window full window, I get a similar screen shot.

I also have this problem, but also quite rarely. Last with the latest beta (13.2.0.105)
