Error 1316 The Specified Account Already Exists

Dave reports that he is getting Error 1316 the specified account already exists when trying to install Toad for SQL Server Freeware.

“I did first load this on a windows 10 64 bit machine and realized that this wasn’t the right environment to be running this, So now I am trying to load this on my windows 7 32 bit machine and cannot get past this.”

Dave reports that he was able to get the software installed by removing all Toad related files from his system and then re-installing.
