Hi,
yesterday I’ve used my database with oracle without problems. Today, when I tried to connect this error: Error: Error initializing Team Coding: ORA-01219: not open database: queries made only in tables or fixed views.
Why? What should I do?

Talk to your DBA. Your database is mounted, but not opened. You can also google
for the error code.
This error means your database is not fully started. Team Coding is unable to
initialize because Toad cannot read the Team Coding object tables. This looks
like one for your DBA…
