First time user, running TDM3 trial on Windows XP sp3 with Postgres 8.3. I got the library loading error after selecting Next in the Connecting screen of the Reverse Engineering Wizard. Any advice would be very welcome.

Hi Scott,
This error occurs in case you have not installed library “libpq.dll”,which is distributed with the PostgreSQL package. Please find anddownload this .dll from http://www.postgresql.com.
Then copy it into Toad Data Modeler folder, Bin directory.
