Error renaming a sequence

I got the following error while trying to rename a sequence in Toad 11.

Thanks. This will be fixed next beta.

BTW, it only happens when you first expand a function, package, or procedure. If
you just open the SB and go straight to renaming a sequence, it will work
without error.
