For some reason when I export to excel, my data ends up in 2 excel worksheets. There’s about 80 rows so but i have excel 2010 and it handles much more rows than 80k.
There are a few ways to export data to excel. Can you specify exactly what you are doing?

sure. I run my query then go to the data grid. I then right click and select export dtasheet.
And then in the dialog that appeared, did you choose “Excel file” or “Excel Instance”?
If you chose “Excel Instance”, and excel was already running, Toad will create a new sheet and then put the data on the new sheet. If you want Toad to start
the dataset in a particular cell in Excel, click in the cell in Excel, and in Toad, in the “export” dialog, check “Start at active cell”.
