I know you said that you weren’t doing anything, but can you be more specific about what was going on in Toad? How many connections were made? Which windows were open?

As far as I remember, 3 windows were opened:

Editor, Schema Browser and Session Browser (there were running queries / Long Ops).

I’ve sent the compressed folder by mail.
