In the 12.6.0.53 version or TOAD, I cannot see when a user has logged on or when a job was started. If things are left running, then I have no idea when a process was started.
Any ideas are welcome.

Look in session browser, beside many columns on the left (username as well) there is tab on the right side, “current SQL” so you may find your session by knowing which sql is process running.
