There use to be a tree view of all the package entry point on the left in the TOAD editor (not the schema browser), however TOAD crashed and now it’s gone. Where is there option to get this turned back on.
If you are missing the navigator then you are probably missing something else
too. I’d restore your desktop.

You can restore the Navigator Pannel without having to restore your desktop by right clicking on the editor window and select Desktop Panels/Navigator.
