You didn't mention what kind of sort order you're looking for, but there's a few things you can do to assist in managing your recall list/s.
First, you might find it useful to group your entries by the "tag" name you've given your SQL, by Database name, by Schema name, or even by your own category names. Hit the Recall Options button and select your grouping, per screen snap below.
Also, note that the filter icon allows you to create a filtered list of your recall entries. Note that the historical recall list (not the saved) has an additional capability of filtering/sorting by last execution date/time.

There is no way to set a custom sort order on the Saved tab. Statements are sorted alphabetically by the name given to them.
There is a filter/search feature. Use Ctrl+F. If you're looking for something specific you may be able to narrow it down quickly using that.
