How to create new set of rules?

Currently, for code analysis, I have the TOP 20 RULES set. That works well but I would like more. I would like to make a copy of the ALL RULES set and then, as I use it, remove the rules that I don't care about. Is there some instructions (maybe a video ?!?!) of how to do this? I've attempted it but I must be doing something wrong. I am using Toad 16.3

Go to the Code Analysis page in Toad Options and you can edit rule sets and then clone an existing one and tweak it.
