Unfortunately you didn’t write version of Toad Data Modeler and Database platform.
I attached file RE55.js. In this file is example script how call TDM as COM object for reverse engineering. This script is valid only for Toad Data Modeler 5.5. I discover that in actual version 6.0 is bug and RE from Jscript is not possible at now, but will be possible in next Beta version. I Create Issue on this TDM-2594 and you can track it in Release Notes.
