I keep getting out of memory error when trying EXPORT from the query resultset (right click on resultset).
It only contains 600k of records to be exported out, but memory is already failing. Is there a setting where I can increase the memory size within Toad?

Have you tried the latest 5.0 beta? If not, you should give it a try. The result set grid has significant improvements in memory usage.
