I strongly suggest to try latest 5,8 freeware version from here: http://www.toadworld.com/Downloads/FreewareandTrials/ToadforSQLServerFreeware/tabid/562/Default.aspx

3.2 version is quite old, is there any specific reason you need to use this exact version?
