HTML Schema Doc Generator code comments

Is it possible to format comments in pl/sql and have the comments be part of the output HTML? I am looking to use this at technical documentation for applications.

Also, I'd like to be able to generate it at multiple levels. One level would be synopsis of the procedure including the inputs/outputs. A deeper level would be pseudocode comments.

Sorry, there is no functionality to parse your comments and create documentation from it.

We've looked it integrating with pl/doc a few times over the years but haven't done so because of pl/doc bugs. But I think that can do what you're looking for.
