There are many. Do you see the Search Toolbar in your copy of Toad? It’s a
newer feature, so if you don’t see it, reset your toolbars.
If you’re on an older version of Toad, try going to ToadWorld.com or
ToadforOracle.com. Lots of resources on both sites.
Import and Export are also Oracle RDBMS features, so you’ll get support at
the Oracle Technology Network (OTN) as well.

Not sure if there is a specific import or export one though.
For import and export I would read up on Oracle Data Pump outside of
Toad to understand the concept/fundamentals and how to do it from the
command line before exploring how you can use Toad to do this.
