IN Clause Parsing Incorrectly

Using query builder the IN clause is parsing incorrectly. Version 5.2.0.276 (as well as 5.1.6.206) 32 bit. After checking the check boxes and clicking ok the IN clause is parsed as IN( '2019','2020', 'Fall','Fall') instead of IN('Fall 2019', 'Fall 2020') Thanks
