Install no response after click 'next'

Toad for SQL Server

I download Toad for SQL Server 5.6.0.568 freeware and run exe file. When I click ‘Next’ button, the dialog disappears and there’s no any any response. What’s wrong?

I’m sure I have .net framework 3.5 on my Vista Business version O.S.

We receive similar reports from Vista users from time to time. In most cases silent install works fine. To install with defaults use /S key:
“ToadInstaller.exe” /S

In any issues please run silent install with logging and post it here so we can investigate.

Thanks! I’ll try in tomorrow. I install it in my home Win7 PC, it works fine, so I believe it’s Vista’s problem.
