Invalid Namespace error at start

Running Toad for Oracle 13.2.
Ran latest Windows 10 update.
When opening Toad an error pops up that says,
"Invalid Namespace"
I click OK and Toad closes.
Clicking the Details link opens another window that shows that the errors was in the Procedure/Method "DispatchInvokeError"
I uninstalled Toad and reinstalled it. Still getting the same error.
I cannot successfully open the program. I am dead in the water.
Is there a known solution for this? If not what more can I do to discover the problem.

The window that shows when you click Details has a Call Stack tab. Activate that, check the Copy to Clipboard checkbox, click OK, and post the results here.

I don't see this in the call stack you've posted. Your entire error log file might contain more as well if you'd like to share the entire file here. It should contain a limited number of prior exceptions. Its default location is %APPDATA%\Quest Software\Toad for Oracle\13.2\Toad.el.

For anyone following this issue the problem was in Toad's communication with a server used for our feedback program which gathers anonymous statistics on product usage to help make product improvements. If anyone else encounters this problem then make the following change to Toad.ini with Toad closed.

Set FeedBackOptIn=0 in the [SETTINGS] section of Toad.ini. If there is no line for FeedBackOptIn=<value> then add a new line for it.

If you do not have a Toad.ini created at all then make a new Toad.ini and set its contents to...

[SETTINGS] 
FeedBackOptIn=0

The default location for Toad.ini is %APPDATA%\Quest Software\Toad for Oracle\13.2\User Files for Toad 13.2.
