Is there a option to Spool sql to screen?

I’m used to using Toad for Oracle and there I could get all command that were generated by Toad to the screen. Is this possible in Toad for SQL server?

Hi Villi,

Toad for SQL Server has a similar function which is Session Browser. You can find it from Tools->Administer->Session Browser.

Find your processes and go to Last T-SQL command batch, you will see the sql just like spool of Toad for Oracle.

Hi,

There is no option for Session Browser on Free version, it is not available on free version but you can download our 6.7 Beta Version.It supports session browser well and you can find it on Tools|Administer directly.

It would be a beneficial addon to have a Show Sql tab in the table view like in Toad For Oracle in your future releases :slight_smile:
