I have issue with license page, when I click on retrieve key it shows me the follow message "Your organization has selected to not make self-service key retrieval available for this product" I'm group admin and I cannot find that option, if someone can help me with this it will appreciative.
Is this for a perpetually licensed product, or for a subcription-licensed product?
Your screen capture seems to be from the Quest license portal designed for our non-subscription products.
For non-subscription products, in some instances, self-key retrieval is not always available. If this is the case for you, might be best to open a Support ticket with our Licensing team.
For subscription products, please use the ToadWorld license portal.
