After looking over the help file, I can’t see any way to change keyboard shortcuts in version 6.2 (or any version, for that matter). Is there an ini file or anything that we can modify to change the shortcuts, and if not, is it something that Quest will look in to for future version?

This is currently not possible with SQLNav. I can raise an enhancement request and it will get assessed during our CCB session.
