I am looking for location of Management - Extended Events - Sessions - system_health item in Toad.
I have deadlock issues and want to have more information.
I am analyzing it in MS SQL Studio but would like to see it here.
Does Toad has something similar?

Should be able to bring up the Session Browser (off the main menu bar at Tools->Monitor->Session Browser) to look at all kinds of operational activity, including locks, etc.
