Memory crash

In last version of Toad (10, 11,12) this problem is not resolved.

I use a lot of filter in schema browse. When i use filters and after i use the column sort the problem of crash memory occurs.

I have create several Service request but the problem is not resolved.

Anyone have solution to this problem

Will you post a screen shot showing the grid and error? I tried to reproduce it by adding some filters on a grid, then sorting the grid and didn’t get any error. The filters stayed in place and the sort was applied.

If you have already provided these details in the service request, then just give me that service request number.

Thanks.

Ok, I reviewed your SRs.

2169417 had two parts. One part was that the filter was lost after sorting. This was fixed on 11/11/2013. The 2nd part had to do with filters disappearing when you go back and forth between tables, but none of us were able to reproduce it.

2116939 was just a crash report from Toad 11.6. This sounds familliar and I think it has been fixed.

2169420 is the same as 2169417.

Please try the current beta and let me know if it is fixed for you.

2169417 – In this situation the cash sometimes occur. For example one filter that return some rows, and if I update the rows to return less rows, when the filter return none rows the crash occur.

The situation when I have the filter, and I apply sort the filter is loss

2116939 - the problem in 12.0 and 12.1 as not fixed

I tried to reproduce these problems using the 32 bit and 64 bit current beta. For me, it worked fine. Please send the information requested above from Greg and me, and then I will try again.
