MySql View and see the relationships with its tables

Good morning, I'm using toad data modeler version 3.3.8.11 and MySql 5.1 as a database model.
I want to create a view but I don't know how to create the relationships among the view and the tables on which the view is supposed to be based.
I've tried to use the commands that I use to create relationships among the entities but with no success.

Can you tell me what I'm missing here?

In the attach, I've provided an example of my problem: I can define my view v_brand_model_midlet but I don't know how to create the relationships among this view and the tables brand, model and midlet

Thank you
Rob

Hi Rob,

Relationships can be created only between tables.
Nevertheless, in TDM you can use the Note Line between entity and view.
Please click the Note Line icon on the toolbar (or via the Objects menu), click the entity and the view.

If you have more questions, please write me back. Thanks.

Regards,

Vladka
