In the past, when I use the New Connection Button on the main toolbar of Toad, it opens a new connection and a new window. With the 13.0.0.17 beta, today I had a process running in the Editor with one connection and wanted to open a new connection & editor window. When I clicked the New Connection button, it locked up Toad while it waited for my current process to finish so it could change the connection of my existing Editor.
In case you don’t memorize these kinds of things, I’m running the beta in the SDI mode.
