I am trying to use TOAD with the 64-bit installation of Oracle 11g. The machine where TOAD is installed is 32-bit. Anyway, I get the following error:
Initialization error
Could not load “C:\app\Kensington\product\11.2.0\client_3\bin\oraclient11.dll”
Can someone please help me with this?

I’m a little confused though. You said your machine is 32 bit. You mention
a 64 bit installation of 11g – is that the database server that’s 64
bit? If so, shouldn’t matter.
If you do indeed have the 32 bit client, I wonder if you’re running into a
privilege issue on your Windows box.
