When I trigger the dropdown and press Page-Down, TOAD jumps to the end of the list instead of one page down. When I press Down before, the list gets the focus and Page-Up/Down work.
Ctrl+Pos1 and Ctrl+End should also affect the picklist instead of the editor in my opinion.
