When the dropdown is opened over an existing method call, previous versions of TOAD (and other IDEs too) allow to navigate left/right using the cursor keys, changing the search results according to the current cursor position.
Moving the cursor right would narrow the results down to “put_line”:
EXEC dbms_output.put|_line( ‘X’ );
[put ]
[put_line ]
The current Beta closes the dropdown when pressing a cursor key.
I use this quite often to browse the available methods, could this be re-enabled?
This should be good to go next beta.
